    I don't know how to add before and after pics to this. But here are my goals:

    Starting weight: 208

    Current Weight: 204

    Goal weigt by end of 15 weeks: 174lbs

    I'm starting the challenge at 200 lbs and my goal weight loss for the challenge is 15 lbs, so 185 lbs here I come!
  • My original starting weight was 210.
    My current weight is 168.
    My goal weight is 150.

    So...I'm going to try for 150 in this challenge. That's about a pound a week. I think I can do it if I stick to it, but I'm nervous about the "last five pounds" being a part of this challenge. That's always the worst!!

    I hate to put a number on what I want to be when this challenge is over. I would say my ultimate goal is to lose weight and feel better.
