wEEK 5 MOTIVATION

Should have done week 5 on mONDAY BUT ITS FRIDAY AND I HAVENT STARTED..HELP, PLEASE....I FEEL SO TIRED AFTER WORK OR EVEN BEFORE IN THE MORNING. sHOULD I DO WEEK 5 AND 6 2 WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK IN THESE THREE DAYS OR ADD AN EXTRA WEEK. i WANTED TO COMPLETE THIS PRGRAM BY MY BDAY IN MAY WORKOUTS . THANKS

    Well...its up to you! Do you feel you could do workouts 5 & 6 (which are pretty killer, btw) in the next three days without feeling too burnt out? There's no harm in taking the scenic route. So, if you add a week to the process...is it SO bad for you?

    Ultimately, I think, if you're good under pressure and with pushing yourself - if that's a breakthrough that you NEED to get going - then maybe go for it!

    But if you push and set goals that are slightly unattainable (life always gets in the way of working out for me!) and then are left feeling disheartened and like a failure...then maybe just give yourself a little smack on the wrist for having a lazy week and get back to it the way you have been for the last month!

    The thing that's been helping me do this is the idea that it has to become part of my lifestyle; not just something I do for the next 90 days. Keep up the commitment to it, but don't beat yourself up if life happens and you're unable to fit it in. Its a balancing act and you're the only one who can maintain that balance.
