Today's challenge - every to post something about how they are doing, where they are, etc.
My challenge today is to not give up because I feel very frustrated and disappointed. For the last 4 years every time I get so close to breaking the 200lbs mark I just start gaining. It doesn't matter how hard I work or what I eat I just gain. I have worked my butt off this week and somehow I'm up in weight? How is that possible? I really just want to give up. I've given up all of the foods I love, go to the gym when I'd rather be doing something else and I gain weight. What's the point?

Currently, I am losing the war with the scale but I am winning the battle with my fitness. I just ran my first ever 5k on Thursday just to see if I could do it running the whole time. It took me 41:38 but I got it done and I'm feeling really good about being a runner. My first big Mini Goal is to be smaller and in the lower end of double digit pant sizes by the time my cousin graduates High School on May 26, so I have 2 months to get my butt in gear.
FitMiss, have you tried changing up your workout routine? We're in a challenge together and I saw you posted your routine on there. Maybe trying something new will "shock" your system into breaking through to the 100's. Just throwing it out there. My trainer has to keep telling me that the scale is only one tool used to measure your success. I hate my scale but I'm in love with my tape measureHope things start looking up for you!
