I just sauteed some chicken patties and thought I'd share. I took 2 pounds of ground chicken, 1 cooked sweet potato(no skin), shredded zucchini and carrot, chopped baby spinach, some herbs/spices. I sauteed in coconut oil. Yum. The flavor possibilities are endless since chicken takes to flavors so well. I just used onion powder, salt, pepper, dried chives, and dried mustard. I made a big ole batch so I could pop some in the freezer for a quick meal.
