Saturday, March 23: Optional Cardio Day or a Day of Rest
You can take today off if you need it. If you choose to do cardio today, the type you do today is up to you, but we want you to get your heart-rate up for at least 30 minutes – If you can do 60, even better.
Suggestions: (Jogging, swimming, power-walking, aerobics, bike riding, etc…)

I am in for tomorrow and Sunday as I must take Monday as a rest day. That use to be an excuse to skip but not now!!!
Sat. 30 min on the bike
Sun Arms and Shoulders + short cardio (in place on Mon)

I just did the Tae bo video, I wasn't sure what to expect but I enjoyed it. I couldn't get all the way through without stopping so I'm going to use it on my long cardio days with the goal of doing the whole video by the end of April0

Did 8.5km's of slow intervals, it was rough with my slight hangover, but its done and I feel great. Happy Saturday :drinker:0

I just got back from a 40 minute walk with my puppy! He is wore out but I am ready to do more! I will take him on 1 more long walk tonight. I am thinking about doing the 30DS vid today when my bf gets home from work.0

Saturday Mar 23 I dance salsa for an hour. dance rehearsal for an upcoming show. I didn't have time for formal excercising, but I did make it a point to stay on my feet all day until dinner. I sat down to drive from place to place.0

Saturday tends to be my big cardio day - I had 55 minutes of spin class with lots of sprints that day. I love Saturdays!0
