Hi all,

Hope you're doing well. I was awake early today so took the opportunity to get the shred done with, L3 D2 for me. I must admit I found it a little better than yesterday but still tough.

I'm managing to do some of the hard versions of the moves but stick with Anita for some exercises. Still not loving the planks or jumps but I'll live with it.

Does anyone else doing L3 hate how Jillian calls us "buddy" - with friends like that who needs enemies, right!

Even so, I'm really pleased I'm still doing this and think it's great how many of us have joined in to help each other. :o)

    L3 D1! It was tough, but I definitely felt so much stronger than a mere 20 days ago. No way could i have done any of those walking push ups! I had trouble with the row/lift things, my hands were hurting toward the end. So. Many. Planks!! And the rock stars about killed me!

    I was feeling good when i finished, and tried a JM fast fix 20 min kickboxing workout. Holy moly! It was tough, but fun actually! I was a bit uncoordinated, but I'll work it out! :)

    Level 3, Day 5...noticed things were easier, although I still do modifications on several. I like this level probably the best of all. Have a wonderful weekend everyone! Gorgeous day here but sounds like snow might be on the way.

    I'm the only one today still on Level 2, but I guess I'm in no hurry....Great job to all of you. Another hard start, but I did okay. I've never thought I would look forward to abs like I do in these workouts. Followed it up with some general aerobics just to burn some calories. Have a great weekend everyone!

    So happy, just finished L2!!! L3 here I come. I am disappointed I will not be finishing it all in March, but life happens.

    Level Two completed. I liked the exercises better than level one. I can see going back to it for a workout here and there. I'm working tonight and tomrrow night, so I'll start level three on Monday. I'm not going to peek. Wondering what challenge to work on next. I saw one for a squat challenge, that's in progress, I'm going to start doing those on my own, these legs could use it.
