Just popping an update made via PM here at OPs request
Still on the 0.5lb / week calculations. Been logging more. Upped the cardio by 1-2 days more a week. Estimated maybe 600 more calories burnt per week.
Most recent scale weight was 169lbs. Lifts haven't been suffering.
Bench 225lbs x 2
Squat 335 lbs x 2
Dead 345 lbs x 10 -
Your goal was 170lb I think - so grats.
Also, it is great that your lifts have not suffered.0
