My plan this week is to complete Fat boosting metabolism video on Sunday, no more trouble zones and 6 week 6 pack on Monday's and Friday's. Tues, weds, thurs I run. Saturday run with killer buns and thighs. I love her videos!!!! Bring on the start of someing great!
