Easter Weekend is coming...

So girls our next measure is on Sunday - yes Easter Sunday, I didn't think that through very well when I set up the group did I haha!!
The next week will include chocolate, that is just the way it is :-) and it also includes a couple of unplanned meals!!
So I thought I would share my plans for the upcoming Easter week... just so we can see that we aren't alone, we aren't the only one gorging (and enjoying) some Easter eggs, and it is also not the end of the world!! If we work out and use our good days to be exceptionally good that it shouldn't be that much of a problem.
So Monday (tomorrow) through to Thursday I am going to be exceptionally good!!
Friday - the majority of the day will be good but then I will be going to my parents for dinner which will probably include a decent meal but she WILL also provide dessert!! So I suppose it will be a decent day overall (and I will be working out so not so bad)
Saturday will be a normal GOOD day
Sunday - we are going out for a meal with our friends and it is to a pub that is well known for how goods its pies are, so the meal will likely consist of pie, chips and peas!! Yum yum!! Easter eggs will likely be consumed this day also - THIS WILL BE THE WORST DAY OF THE WEEK!!
Monday - I know this is the start of a fresh week but it is still bank holiday here in the UK, and we will be going for another meal with friends (different friends haha), so the day will be good (may be some Easter egg consumption) but the evening meal will likely consist of something yummy but bad for me!!
So generally when you put it into context it isn't going to be too bad and provided I stick to all my workouts and really put extra effort in to burn more kcal then I should be able to enjoy the bank holiday weekend without worrying too much!! Plus I will measure Sunday morning (before the worst day of the week - and I will have only been naughty Friday evening, so my measures shouldnt be too bad - fingers crossed).
Enjoy Easter everyone

I will definitely be consuming chocolate some this week, although I normally eat more chocolate right after the holidays when everyone has chocolates on a 50% discount.
I'll certainly be eating eggs and egg salad sandwiches for a few days after Easter, maybe some chef salads to avoid eating too much bread, devilled eggs... If anyone has some good hard boiled egg recipes, please share!0 -
Well, my dad's side of the family, mom's side of the family, nor my husband's family has mentioned of any Easter plans... So, most likely it will be like last year's Easter and the hubby, baby, and I have a small Easter dinner of ham, eggs, green beans, and mac and cheese and invite my dad and mom to stop by.
We will most definitely have a small egg hunt for our daughter and I already have her Easter basket (soooo cute by the way) made and ready. I will most likely share a Reese's egg or two, maybe some M&Ms and definitely eat some good food and try not to go overboard. I might even have some wine with my dinner, who knows. .
Will be sticking to the workouts this week and will be taking a rest day on Sunday, but it will definitely include some aerobic exercises including running after my daughter who has greatly picked up speed since she started walking.
I am going to be a good girl Monday through Saturday so I can indulge a bit on Sunday. But I will log everything and my diary is open to friends, so you all are welcome to look at it and take note of how naughty I might or might not be on Sunday.
I hope you all have an amazing Easter weekend. :drinker:0
