    Happy Friday everyone! I was struggling with getting the scale to move for weeks but since I have been using FMP for the last 10 days I have lost 5 pounds. I love this site! I hope everyone else had a good week!

    (my normal weigh day is Tuesday, and this past Tuesday I was down to 142.6 lol. It's amazing how much the scale fluctuates over a few days. I'm thinking my splurge dinner last night (cheeseburger and fries)) didn't help me out today. That's ok. Next week will be better)
