Happy Friday everyone! I was struggling with getting the scale to move for weeks but since I have been using FMP for the last 10 days I have lost 5 pounds. I love this site! I hope everyone else had a good week!

I was wondering the same thing about percentages. I was just assuming it would be placed by how much weight drop (i.e. 2.6 pounds being higher than someone losing 2.4 pounds, etc...). The first place gal actually shows a loss (first week) of 11 pounds in one day (starting day Thursday and weigh in day Friday). I am thinking the starting day must have been from a previous time not the day we started this Biggest Loser challenge. I know I only had a loss from one day to the next because I was sick on my stomach and in the bathroom a lot as my food was running right through me. This week everyone's wiegh ins (posted Friday 3/29) should just be for 7 days Should be interesting to see results.0

Percent weight loss = (Pounds lost/starting weight) * 100
I have an Excel spread sheet set up with the numbers and formulas. Pounds lost would be easier, but it's not actually a fair way to calculate loss, especially for our lighter members.
@Haliburton - Look at the dates - it's for LAST WEEK, not this week. Kinda hard to calculate results for this week before I have the numbers.
