For those of you looking for recipes, I was just browsing for a few recipes and stumbled across this:

Some of them look rather basic, but I wish I had seen this when I was first starting out and not sure what was o.k. or not!

Thanks for posting this!
I have been incorporating paleo-like meals into my diet and have felt really good (no more stomach issues, etc.) This weekend I went back to my old eating habits just as a test and holy hell. Yeah. So, I'm thinking I'm going to try and stick as closely to Paleo as I possibly can.0 -
