Hey guy it's day 25 & the squat of the day is Hindu squats.

Only did 10 of these cause my knees were popping and it kinda freaked me out since I never heard them do that before, lol. But finished all 220 with sumo, curtsy, weighted0

Did my 220 squats yesterday....Did 20 at work and then 200 at home...boy boy boy...it wasnt easy but I did then...thank goodness basketball was on to take my mind off of them. LOL0

Definitely one of my favorites now as well! I also liked the curtsey but the rear leg one, where I can REALLY feel the burn haha!0 -

Did these earlier!! I was still sore from the Side Squats, so I was for sure feeling the burn! These were a little weird, just because your arms are flying out, but I liked them a lot!0

Because of my rotator cuff, these were difficult. And I was unbalanced doing it with just one arm. But I did what I could and just finished with the regular ones while watching TV. :-)0

Nope, no Hindu squats for me, but 220 DONE!! And even faster than I would normally because they were incorporated in a class. Wow, I surprised myself!!0
