Looking to improve Muscle tone and size

Hi everyone.
I'm a fairly sedentary vegan (14 months now, woo) who struggles to stick to any specific fitness plan . Although I am happy at my current weight and have good muscle tone in my legs I have poor tone in my upper body (stemming from developmental dyspraxia) and poor upper body strength (unable to do even one full pressup). So I'm looking to improve that without neglecting my lower body.
I'm also looking to start Roller Derby training this summer so I want to be in better shape for that and be better at skating given my poor balance.
I'm also here to focus on what I eat, make sure I eat enough and get the right nutrition.
Feel free to add me as a friend, ask questions and so forth.

Sounds like over all your doing good just need more strength training. In my roller derby experience It's mainly lower body. You will be squatting for long periods of time. I would get some power in your chest and arms because you will be blocking and taking people out that way. Of course your core strength will help you skate. Cardio wise I would say go for endurance, if you don't have that on your side the length of the bout will suck. Do you know what position you are going to play?0

I'm going to be a referee hopefully so Endurance would be particularly good.0

Try the 100 push-ups, 100 pull-ups plans...they will get the job done with a minimal amount of time and equipment being required.
