How do you track this activity?

HI all,
I am new to MFP and to the 30Day shred. I am planning on starting it next week (I know I wouldn't be able to commit this week with the long holiday weekend with guests visiting, so just going to wait till I can dedicate the 30 days).
My question is - how do you track this activity? I don't have a calorie counter or anything like that. Do I count it as Cardio? Do I count it as Strength? Do I break out the amount of time doing cardio and strength? Just curious how others are doing it if you don't truely know the amount of calories you've burned.

I log it under circuit training its a more accurate calorie assessment0
