I CAN'T BELIEVE WE ONLY HAVE TWO WEEKS LEFT FOR THIS CHALLENGE!
IN A WAY I AM SAD THAT I WON'T BE WORKING WITH YOU GUYS ON YOUR HEALTH/FITNESS GOALS ON A WEEKLY BASIS ANYMORE, BUT I AM EXCITED BECAUSE I HAVE HEARD SOME GREAT SUCCESS STORIES FROM SOME OF YOU.

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO STOP BY ANYTIME IN THE FUTURE IF YOU WANT ADDITIONAL HELP FROM ME. I AM ALWAYS ON THE LOOKOUT FOR NEW WORKOUTS AND HEALTH TIPS. ALSO BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR NEW WELLNESS WORKSHOPS COMING UP JUST ABOUT EVERY MONTH THIS YEAR.
