Week 12 Challenge (3/25 - 3/31)

This is the final week before the Advanced Cardio level. Let's make it a good one...

***All challenges are worth 50 pts unless otherwise stated***

Mon: List what you think is helping you with your weight loss and what is hindering your weight loss.

Tues: Add a new workout to your Turbo Fire workout today.

Wed: Burn at least 1,000 calories and earn a whopping 250 pts. (Can include your Turbo Fire workouts)

Thurs: Drink at least a gallon of water (128 oz) and earn 100 pts.

Fri: Do any strength training workout today.

Sat: List things in your diet you can change to improve your chances of losing weight.

Sun: I tried a new workout this past week that I thought was great so I challenge you to try it too. You will earn 100 pts if you do a SHADOW BOXING workout. I found one on Youtube that was great. It was a 40 min workout. I loved it.

  • Mon: I think the amount of exercising I'm doing is helping me not gain more weight but I think my eating habits is what's hindering it. I noticed the amount of sodium in the foods I choose is astronomical. I need to learn to make better food choices; Turbo Fire 55 EZ

    Mon: I think what is helping me so far is that I am beginning to like the results and my clothes are to big for me and I continue to receive compliments on how good I look. What hinders me is that I like to nibble on things while I am cooking and when I go to a party, I like to drink more wine than I should. Thankfully there are maybe one or two parties coming up and I think there will be no alcohol. My workout was FIRE 60 and ABS 10. Wow that was a workout, I do not like fire 60 as much as I like some of the others, the music is not as fun (just my opinion), maybe after doing a few times a week for this month, it will be better for me.
