Day 41: 3/24
1. 20 minutes CardioWave
2. 35 mins C25k. (I've gotten to the point where it's a warm up, running, cool down- no more intervals! Yay!)

I know it's like a double warmup/cooldown, but I have found that my knees really respond well to the extra time on the cardio machines. I have had little to no problems this time around. AWESOME!
Oh yeah- and I ate like crap this weekend. Pizza at the nephew's bday party and mcd's for breakfast. Yuck-o.
