Hello my Bootylicious Dolls! Everyone feeling fantastic on this Monday morning?

Here is my next challenge for everyone. For the next week, I challenge everyone to mix up your workout with an extra 20 minutes of exercise!

So on top of whatever your normal routine, add an extra 20 minutes to that. You can do whatever you want. walk the dog, do some crunches, aerobics, pilates, whatever tickles your fancy. ;)

If you want, you can post your current weight and ending weight after the week.
My current weight is 123.9lbs

TL;DR:

beginning 3/25/13 challenge ending 4/1/2013
POST YOUR CURRENT WEIGHT (optional)
EXERCISE AN ADDITIONAL 20 MINUTES DAILY
POST YOUR ENDING WEIGHT.

    I am almost done with my 30 day bikram challenge and decided to add 30 more days. I completed Brazial Butt lift almost a year ago, my booty was a little better but not much improvement. Now that I lost 3 more pounds bootay looking better. I will addd Ballet Beautiful as this will certainly perk my bootay. Thank you. I am all about legs and nicely shaped perky bootay...:smooched: :smooched: :smooched:
