So, I have an issue. While I know that exercise reduces PMS symptoms such as cramps and the like, I just have the hardest time EVER working out while on my period. I always end up eating less than my 1,200 calories and generally spend a lot of time depressed. Does anyone else have this problem? And how do you combat it?
