My BMF target burn is 3030 with my target intake @ 2030 giving a 1000 cal defecit, with a target of 30 minutes of physical activity and a target of 5000 steps daily. That should result in a 2lb a week weightloss. My activity is set to the lowest as I've got health issues so don't move around alot. MFP is 1580 for a lb a week weightloss again with sedentary activity added. However, when I upload my BMF my calories intake increases ie today after I've uploaded it says I have 944 cals left where as MFP says I have 972, a very small differance I know. Am losing a pound a week but would love 2? What do you think? Thanks in advance

MFP doesn't ever match my BMF perfectly when I use them. I stick with the BMF info because I know it scientifically gathers my data while MFP just assumes things.

Me too. I only use MFP now for the forums.

I use MFP to log my food becuase of the bar code scanner and for the freinds/forums. I use my data at BM becuase I know it's based on my actual calorie burn. The calories eaten do change a bit when moved to BM but I ignore the difference as its pretty small variances. Its my big picture that I need to see.
