    Calorie Intake= MY BMR IS 1592 but my TDE is 2467; so, im eating my TDEE- about 33% = 1675.

    Working out about 4-6xs a week. 1-2 Miles on Treadmill plus alternating Boxing & Weights = Arms/Legs/Abs

    GW: 165 (I was able to lose 14.6 pounds in the last challenge in 10 weeks. So 15 pounds should be a piece of cake. I’ll readjust this if I hit my goal before the end of the challenge. I’m thinking maybe 160 lbs may end up being my goal)
    Ultimate GW: I ultimately want to be 140 lbs. Once I reach 140 lbs I’m going to re-evaluate if I want to try for 135 or 130. So we’ll see!

    Preferred Workout:: I love to go walking and I love Just Dance 3 and 4! I need to start strength training!

    Preferred Workouts: I love group classes and usually go for ones that mix cardio with stregth training. I've also done outdoor boot camp in the past and am looking forward to starting up again soon now that the weather is right for it. I'd like to get more into running, focusing on distance. Right now i can jog 2-3 miles, but i'd like to get that up to ~5 by the end of the challenge.

    Preferred work-outs: Running mostly with a good mix of Zumba, volleyball, elliptical, and other high-intensity cardio. I also strength train with a kettle bell and free weights twice a week and do pilates/core workouts as well. I'm looking for some extra motivation and accountability. Would love to even have a challenge each month to really spurn us on!

    I'm looking to ultimately lose around 100 pounds. 170 is the high range of healthy for my weight, but honestly 200 would be the lowest I've weighed since middle school. My main goal right now is to improve my eating habits. I may start a Couch to 5K program once school ends for the semester :)
