GW: 95 (The number is not important, I just want to be more toned and have a flat stomach and that was about what I weighed when I was at my fittest!)
Daily Calories Goal: 1200
Preferred workouts: Walking/Running on the track, Horseback riding, Weight training, Stationary bike, exercises I can do in my room. Over the summer (Starting May 1st) I will have the option to kayak, hike, and walk dogs as well, but I may or may not choose to join a gym so most of my activities will be done outside or at home! I love challenges that provide me with motivation to just get up and do it and also give me ideas for new exercises.0 -
