On day 1 of the 21 day sugar detox. This is my second attempt at getting off this drug. I can do this...I think. No wait, I can. I will.

Anyone else doing the 21DSD? If you'd like to be friends I could use all the help I can get.

    What is that acronym you used "21DSM" or something like that?

    Hi Guys!! What is the 21DSD?? Is that a specific program? I've done cleanses/detox but not a specific sugar one. I've also tried a vegan diet to help fight sugar cravings and while it works, it hasn't been sustainable lifestyle for me. I am trying to find a way to eat to beat cravings that is doable as a mom of 2 busy boys and a biz owner and a wife!
