Difficult to get out of bed, but I tried hard today. I did some of the Natalie version on the jumping lunges and managed all of the walking pushups. I tried to jump a little higher with the rock stars.

I do struggle with the pike crunch and the scissor crosses as they hurt my lower back, yet I could do full sit ups all day which is weird.

Anyway, I'm half way through L3 now, only 5 more days!

    I just completed my workout and added a few minutes of HIT after that. Gotta love my daughter for taking a long nap today.
    I'm sweating now. Off to the bathrom I go...

    Because I did not feel like I accomplished much yesterday morning on D1, L3 I did it again that night (Yes, I am crazy). Anyway woke up this morning and my core was burning. Completed D2, L3 and was feeling much more positive about this level.

    100% with you, starting the walkout push ups this morning i really did not want to continue because i am board of it. i more day then we enter the final stretch :) 11 more days.. we got this!!!!

    D 8, L 3 completed! I started off a little tired, but by the end I was so much better. I'll have to keep reminding myself on those lazy days that the payoff is definitely worth the effort since I feel more energized after a workout. Too easy to think, "I'm just too tired to exercise today."

    Day 27th..
    I have difficulty doing the rockstar jumps. I feel like I'm going to fall on my face, since I'm top heavy I feel off balance with this move.

    My personal trainer tried to kill me today :noway: and had me do a lot of similar exercises. The bear crawls across the gym killed me, my shoulder is bothering me, and since Level Three involves a lot of planks, I'm going to skip it today. I did go buy Ripped in 30 earlier today, to start when this fun is complete.

    Congratulations, how did you find it? Any weight loss or change in inches? And what will you be doing for exercise next?

    So many questions... call it your post shred interview. :laugh:

    I'm also interested cos I'm still pondering over my next challenge. I have 5 days left. :smile:

    Hi,

    I was doing the 30 day shred along with Jillian Michaels body revolution (day88 for me)

    I lost 10 lbs
    I have gone from a size 12 to a size 8
    I also have 4 pack!! Those darn children, have made it very difficult for me to get my lower abdominal muscles tight.

    I didn't take any pics or measurements, BUT everyone one has noticed!!

    I am running a 15 K ...the BOILERMAKER in July. It is a great race and sells out fast. If you live in the Northeast look it up!

    So next for me is training for that and maybe another go with JMBR. I have a little burnout from Jillian. I started this at the end of December and am looking forward to a break. I leave for Mexico in 3 days for an 8 day vacation...yea !!!!

    I am thinking of starting up again Sunday 4/7/13 so let me know what you all are doing next!!

    Level 2 Day 8 is in the books! Getting stronger and more fit. Hope that the before and after pictures will show a difference!

    Only 3 more days til I'm finally on level 3! Had to give my self an incentive to workout tonight though. So bought myself a banana strawberry smoothie for after my workout. It was worth every bit of the calories too! lol

    Patti - thanks so much for answering, that's very inspirational. If you are doing a 15k you must be super fit!

    I think I'm just going to do a Jillian mash-up and do different workouts each day as I struggle with boredom. I've found a couple of groups that are doing the same so I've climbed on board!

    I'm going to remain friends with anyone in this group who would like to, cos everyone's been such a great support. :smile:
