I did the fit test Sunday with poor results! I got through month 2 week 1 last summer before i got unmotivated. I'm 34 and 270 lbs looking to lose 70! Not following the nutrition plan but am eating healthier and keeping my calories around 2000.0

Hi I'm Liz! I am in the recovery week right now and will combine doing the dvds with running. I will start month 2 this week and am super nervous. So far lost about 6 pounds but am also breastfeeding an infant so that helps too! I am excited to see more results during the second month. I have 2 weeks before I return to work so am hoping to get into a routine with it so I continue once I get busier.0
