Hello,
I am starting induction tomorrow and plan to go grocery tonight. Any opinions on my menu plan for tomorrow would be appreciated.
Breakfast:
2 eggs (scrambled in butter)
Pico De Gallo
Cheese (on eggs)
3 pieces bacon
Lunch:
Romaine Lettuce (2 cups)
Spinach (1 cup)
Grilled Chicken (6 oz.
Cucumbers (1/2 cup)
Hard Boiled egg (1)
Ranch Dressing
Dinner:
Chicken Fajitas (Chicken w/bell peppers and onions)
Sour Cream (2 Tb)
Avocado (1/2)
Broccoli (with butter)
Snacks:
String Cheese (1)
Olives (10)
I think this adds up to 22.6 with 14.4 coming from veggies.
Thanks!

That looks great to me. I'm not an Atkins person, but my diet is similar enough to probably not matter. I more or less eat like I'm in Atkins Induction all the time. Feel free to check out my diary, which is open to all.0

That all looks amazing! I started induction on Monday and my menu's been very similar to yours, except my eggs and bacon would be baked in a turkey cup, I have many pepperoni sticks as a snack, and I count Jody's Pumpkin Bake (http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/pumpkin_bake.html) as a sweet to have with my coffee occasionally *and* a small portion of my veggies. (: I'd highly recommend going through the aforementioned website. (If you scroll down, you have links to the various subsections.) Linda Sue has a ton of recipes suitable for induction (marked with an asterisk). Happy ketoing!0
