Hiya
I've ordered my copy of NROL4W and expecting it to arrive next week.
Currently low-carbing which I enjoy, but I guess for this lifting plan to be effective I need to follow their nutrition advice too right? What sort of food do they have you eating for optimum lifting success?
cheers
Stripes

I did not follow the nutrition section, but the primary advice is on calorie levels and getting enough protein. Your low carb should fit into that.

Again, I'm not following the diet plan as I kinda know what's good and bad.... The book recommends that from your daily calorie intake 40% should come from carbs, 30% from fats and 30% protein. I more or less follow this and don't have any problems...

    What they said^^

The book gives a pretty specific nutrition plan, but many of us tweak it to work for us. His emphasis is on getting enough protein and calories to meet your goals.
