I was pleased with my progress this month, especially since I was travelling for 11 days and feared I would lose some of my progress. I'm getting over my impatience with losing my belly fat as quickly as I'd like and was happy to see another .5" gone. I'm still doing some beginner versions of JM's exercises but have moved on to some advanced versions, so am definitely seeing progress in my exercises as well. I want to start doing more strength training, and since I don't have access to weights or a gym so I'll be trying bodyweight and resistance band exercises. The April squat challenge will fit perfectly into this goal!0 -

Today this is what I had:
Waist- 31.5 = lost 0.5 inches
Hips - 40.5 = lost 0.25inches
L Arm - 14.5 = gained 0.25 inches
R Arm - 14.25 = stayed the same
L thigh - 24.75 = gained 0.25 inched
R thigh - 24.75 = stayed the same
Bust - 40 = gained 0.5 inches
Tummy - 34.75 = lost 0.75inches
R Calf - 15.75 = lost 0.5inches
L Calf - 15.75 = lost 0.5 inches
Neck - 13.25 = lost 0.25inches
weight - 170.4 = lost 3.5 pounds
Body Fat - 32.1% = lost 2.1%
Total inches lost since last time = 1.75 inches
So like suspected, I did gain a little in the arm and leg. However, as you can see one arm and one thigh both gained a quarter inch and then the other of each stayed the same. lol I also gained in my bust. However, I lost 0.75 inches in my tummy and lost a half inch of each calf and a quarter inch off my neck and I hardly ever lose in those areas! I usually don't post them in the past because of that reason, but since I did lose in them this time around, I posted them,I am completely happy and also completely surprised. When I started New Rules, I plunged into it all, including the calorie suggestions. I have been eating close to 2000 calories every day since the beginning of March and still managed to pull this off!
These were my numbers from the first measurements
Waist- 32.25 = lost 0.75 inches
Hips - 40.5 = no loss
L Arm - 14.75 = lost 0.25 inches
R Arm - 14.75 = lost 0.5 inches
L thigh - 25.0 = lost 0.25 inches
R thigh - 25.25 = lost 0.5 inches
Bust - 40.25 = lost 0.25 inches
Tummy - 36.75 = lost 2 inches!
R Calf - 16.25 = lost 0.5inches
L Calf - 16.25 = lost 0.5 inches

weight - 168.3 = gained 2.1 pounds
Body Fat - 36.4% = lost 4.3%

I have found that book so downloaded it to my tablet and probably start it next week on the day a week I go to gym where there r heavier weights xx0
