we are going to have an Olympic weightlifting seminar at my gym in Little Rock. Its being led by one of the members, who is a nationally ranked Olympic lifter. I have kinda fallen in love with Olympic style lifting, its a great workout and I really enjoy it. we have a facebook group for the event, feel free to check it out.
