Lupe Tortilla

I had no choice at a business lunch but to go to Lupe Tortilla, a Mexican local restaurant. I ordered the salad figuring it would be the best thing. It came and it was lettuce, tomato, lots of shredded cheese, guac and sour creme. I am trying to log it but I have no idea what the calories were. I went to Taco Bell's website and I looked up a similar sounding salad. I put in 800 calories. Do you think that is in the ballpark?

Thanks.

Dan

That sounds like you made an educated estimate, I would go with that too.

For future reference, fajita plates at Mexican restaurants are typically easy to estimate and come with lots of protein and veggies and you have a lot of control over what you put on it. Just an FYI
