pretty sure i have a shin splint in my left leg

for the last week or so, i've had pain on the inside of my left shin. like a throbbing when i jump on it or squat to tie my kid's shoes. i sure hope they go away soon. i don't want to have to stop working out but my leg hurts :(

Shin splints suck for sure, very painful. The only thing you can do for them is rest. Having dealt with them my whole adult life, however, I personally give them one day off if they're really painful and the next few days I just push through them. I find pushing through them allows my shins to build up a little more resistance.
