2 scoops naturade weight gain vanilla (got mine from amazon, only about 20.00 size 38.94)
1 cp ice cream i use chocolate friendlys forbiden chocolate
Microwave ice cream for about 15 to 25 seconds until its melted but not all liquid its now not as much and can eat more
2tbs hersey syrup
2 tbs jif peanut butter one in shake and eat one off spoon (two 2bs pb in the shake makes it to thick)
1 cp milk regular for more calories use ensure instead
Was going to add a banana but they were all gone
Blend in single serve ninja or bullet or blender pour and enjoy!!!!
