    Sorry I am have been MIA. So my weight has stayed the same since last time. So you can just put the same. GAH. Oh well going to be making a lot of good positive changes and things will start up again!!!

    Took a risk weighing the day after easter with eating salty hamb so I wasn't sure. Turned out to be good.

    1/15: 150.8 loss: 1.4 total: 3.0 (oh, that makes me feel excited)
    1/26: 148.8 loss: 2.0 pounds (I posted Friday instead of tuesday because I missed last week)
    2/3: 147.8 loss: 1 pound
    2/12 150.8 + 3 pounds
    2/19: 148.8: loss 2 pounds
    2/25: didn't weigh in... just a bad week
    3/12: 148.8
    3/19: 148.0
    3/5: 148.8 = stayed the same
    3/12: 150.2 + 1.4 pounds--sick in bed for 3 days with saltines...
    3/19: 148.0- 2.2
    3.26: 148.4 +.4
    4/2: 149.8 up 1.4

    total so far in 2013: Lost 5.4 pounds

    next week goal: Do a better job logging, water and keep at 148.0 or under

    Up 2 lbs....I think. My sodium intake the last few days has been so bad with the ham and I'm bloated so I have no idea...hams almost gone, so going to drink even more water and get back on track for next week!! So not happy!!
