Hi All, I am done with the LFT program. It was good. The last phase was a bit much for me but I powered thru it in a modified fashion.

I didn't take before photos but I am happy I did the scale and measurements. While physically, I can't really tell much different. My clothes fit better.

Here are my results_ In 12 weeks, I lost 10 lbs and nearly 9 inches overall.

I'm feeling good.

Started the Lean Body program with Lee Labrada this week. I hope some of you will join the group. Take Good Care.

    Congratulations for getting through it!

    I wonder if I could ask if you think this whole 12 week programme could be done at home?
    I have a weight machine but it has no cables and no smith elements to it. I'm hoping I can find alternatives to these steps.
    Also with the cardio, do you think I would be ok to use a cross trainer? I am banned from high impact but my sister has a cross trainer that I could use instead of running.

    Did you take all the supplements and stick to the nutrition side of things? Also were you eating at a calorie deficit that you were aware of?
