Yay or nay? Do you use one? Do you have any stories (good or bad) from your experiences?

Me: I've had a few tell me they could "fix" me (and with my degree of NATURAL, not accident induced, curvature, I know this is impossible). That has scared me off of the entire idea. I know that there are chiro's out there who aren't quacks, but I'm too afraid that someone will do more harm to good to try it out.

Chiro or osteo is necessary for me, and according to my current chiro, a key part of managing the condition. Mine has researched what's feasible for my specific case. So I can thoroughly recommend finding a good one.
