Hey fellas,
Fairly new to MFP although been losing weight for about three weeks now (still a beginner!).
Couple quick things,
Can anyone recommend a decent pair of running headphones? Mine are useless, fallout and are too quiet for road running.
Also I can only afford protein once my student loan comes in again after the Easter break, last term I was on the 90+ stuff, but I wanna get the best bang for my buck so if anyone can recommend a better one then I'd be very interested.
Age:21
SW: 211
CW: 196
GW: 174
EDIT: I forgot to say, I used to be at my goal weight first year at uni but then I got a night shift job at a club working 3 times a week and that coupled with fast food meant I gradually gained and gained. Anyone who's pro at dealing with night shift hunger and how to maintain some sort of sleep pattern let me know!

Welcome to the group. Not sure I can help with your questions. I'm not doing any protein supplements and haven't worked nights in quite a while.
But the basic/smart thing about dieting is routine and planning. Plan out your meals ahead of time. If you have a fridge and microwave at your job, it will make things easier. If not, you just have to get creative when packing your lunch.
The smart thing about you is that you've caught yourself early. Going from 211 to 174 is a lot easier than starting at 250!
