Started reset

Iv done it :-)
Iv started my reset ... Two days now of 1900 cals ... Don't know if my head is in the right place for a gain ... We will see ...
Iv marked 4 weeks on my calendar and I shall reassess then. I do have the feeling tho that my tdee may be higher by 100-150 cals ... Ill see what happens ....
IM TERRIFIED ..!!

    Just weigh at valid times so you have good data, which will allow you to see any instant weight gain for what it is, same water weight you initially lost starting a diet.

    And on your hard workout days, really work out hard, you got the extra calories now to really benefit from it.

    Well done on taking the plunge! It can be scary starting out and seeing the scale go up but it is so worth it. Stick with it and trust the process. Good luck to you!

    I failed yday tho .. Day 2..!!! As I planned all my food and forgot to eat my nuts which was 158 cals grrrr

    You're doing great! I weigh in once a week, same bat time, same bat channel. Keeps me from going crazy :)
