Gym gear

Hey Aussie's...

I'm looking for new gym gear. I'm currently a size 16 in gym clothes, mostly because I have no butt. I'm all stomach.

Most size 16 gym clothes seem to be designed for little people, or maybe teens. I really don't care what size I buy, as long as it fits.

I'm wondering if anyone here knows of any particular brand that has awesome support in pants, and extra length in tops?

I'm getting desperate :(

TIA x

I'm a similar size and just wear Target's workout clothes, though you might be more active than me. I walk (and hike), bike and use the outdoor gym

Hi, I'm finding Michelle Bridges selection (at Big W....so cheaper than a lot of the big brands) awesome.

Although, must admit - if I can afford it, I'm a Lorna Jane lover.

    Good luck :)

Shen my gym has some Lorna Jane clothes, and their size 16 is about 5 cm wide...they look amazing though. One can dream :)

No no...not more active, but I'd like to be :) Hence needing some decent gym clothes that make me feel half acceptable to be in public in them. We don't have a Target here. So I'm looking on eBay and just wondering if there are some particular brands that are true to size that people might know about, or really good quality.

Agree with the Target stuff. They have the long yoga pants back in at the moment, they have a cross over at the waist that makes them super comfortable for some reason.

Also I get the cheapie t-shirts in the mens department for extra length - They're usually around $5 from either Big W or K-Mart.

Target stuff is pretty good. I also get alot from Rebel Sport when they have sales. Everlast brand tops are longer than most.
