So I'm so happy I found this group!
I want to compete in a competition in the next year.
I need to start leaning out and having so much trouble doing it. Any suggestions?
Im 22, lift 4x a week
kickboxing 2x
running 2x (only when nice weather)
pilates 1x
diary is open for suggestions
I also need to lose about 15-20lbs. My BF is low highteens- low 20's but trying to get it down to 10-12percent.
FEEL FREE TO ADD ME! I would love the motivation of ppl with similar lifestyle goals

Just added you as a friend. Take a look at my diary for the past few days. That's what the last 10 weeks have looked like in preparation for my figure show on April 6. That's the typical diet you're going to be looking at to get competition lean. My diet will stay like that through this Saturday, and then I switch to my peak week plan. I only had about 10 pounds to lose at the beginning of this prep. I'm 5'10" tall and weigh 141 right now. I plan to take the stage around 138.0
