Hi, I’m really new to all this and would really like someone to check my numbers just to give me some reassurance if anything. I have done low calorie diets for what actually seems like forever, to the point where I developed an eating disorder. For at least a year I have been mentally ok but I have still gone backwards and forwards with low calorie diets, always playing with the same 7 pounds. A few months ago I decided enough was enough, I like eating!!
Please can someone work out my calories for me, I probably sound a bit thick but I don’t trust myself yet. I have been following the advice of a gym instructor for the last week and have been eating 1700 cals which she says is a 15% cut but I would like some guidance from the group. I have worked it out but I am still unsure so please, please indulge me and work it out for me so that I can be a step closer to living a normal happy life with normal meals!
Thank you in advance and thank you all for sharing your stories as it is really helping me.
So, my stats; I am 5ft 2, 32 years old, female, I weigh 136 pounds, want to be 130 or slightly lower if poss, will see how I go. I work 5 days a week in an office sat down 9-5, I work 2 nights a week as a mobile spray tanner so I am in and out of the car to people’s houses. I have also committed to 3 gym classes a week (combat, pump and any other I can fit in, last week I did spin). I can also commit to walk most work days for 20/30 mins by parking my car away from work.

This was made to make it easy for you.
Best estimates of BF% using measuring which you'll want to track progress with, best BMR based on that, easier activity calc for nailing that.

Usually when people have said that they look at all the colors and text and glaze over and don't actually read anything.
You have all your normal stats there - that's not confusing, probably memorized.
You have 8 measurements - that's not confusing, probably have the last ones written down.
You have your daily life and exercise routine planned - that's not confusing unless it changes every single week, probably can think back over the week at to type and time of exercise.
That's it.
I've had many claim confusion until they actually read it.0 -
