The whole time I was readying this I could not believe it. Never once did the article even think the possible of the overgrowth of the methane producing bacteria was because we are feeding them. The likely grow very well in a high sugar and high process food environment. And anyone who has given up sugar knows you feel like crap for a bit, maybe the die off of these bacteria is partially why. Sigh. When is the mainstream going to get a clue? Sorry this really irratated me.
