    Congratulations!!! I know how you feel!!! Yesterday I went to my Dr. and she reported my A1C is 6.0. That's the first time in 10 years ii was that low. I just found this site two days ago. After having diabetes for over 24 years Ive gotten serious about learning about
    diabetes & how to live a healthier life. Your Dr. is going to be blown away when he sees your numbers. :smile:

    Congrats! That is a great effort!

    I also dropped my number down. Diagnosed in December 2012 at 7.2.
    Dropped to 6.8 in January, 6.0 in February, and finally 5.7 in March.
    This was of course after losing 30 lbs. (I'm sure I weighed more before I started tracking and eating healthier). So it is possible to drop your numbers with diet and exercise.
