Ham Dinner

We are doing a ham dinner for Easter. So far I have:

- Ham wrapped in bacon (instead of a sugary glaze)
- Brussels sprouts au gratin

Any suggestions for more Low Carb/High fat side dishes?

Thanks!

Sorry, this is too late for Easter, but one thing that works well for social gatherings is antipasto - a mixture of raw and lightly cooked non-starchy vegetables (broccoli, red peppers, green beans, asparagus, mushrooms, for ex.) marinated in an olive-oil vinaigrette, with good olives added. You can ring a serving platter with sliced mozzarella cheese and salami and heap the vegies in the middle. It is good for the pre-dinner period when people want something to nibble on. I take it to potlucks so I know I will have something I can eat. It is gluten-free, also, and you can leave out the salami if your friends are vegetarian.
