How much weight for a beginner?

Hello there! I am very interested in starting with the kettebell workouts and I'm going to buy my first one tomorrow, the question is: how heavy do I have to get it? Im thinking about the 8 kilo to start with.

Also want to know if it is necessary to get 2 or one is enough to begin with? I have no idea and I will appreciate any help

    Women are recommended to start off with an 8, if they're not new to fitness. I'd stick with an 8 for a while as there are so many different types of workouts you can do with just the one bell. I did find though, that I progressed to a 12kg bell quite quickly for 2 handed swings and deadlifts
