Zero Energy but want to finish level 2 by saturday!

I am hoping to gain a tad bit of energy tonight but I am literally drained and have been all day. I don't want to fall behind anymore than I already am but if I can't manage to find some kind of energy I'm afraid I won't be able to exercise tonight :/ Ladies what have ya'll done when you are to tired to workout push through and do it anyways or just rest?

    Some days I've dragged myself out of bed and really forced myself to do it but I'm not saying that's the way to go. It worked for me to keep me consistent but once I've done the shred I will be allowing myself more rest days. I think even one day off would make you feel really refreshed and probably able to push harder the next day. There is certainly no shame in resting if you're exhausted!
