Mine is mushrooms and peppers.Cause the mushrooms can give a meat like quality to many dishes and I love the natural sweetness of peppers

    I love cauliflower. I know it is bland looking, but it has a great flavor and is very versatile. Also love artichokes--when they are on sale. :)

    i love cauliflower .It can be in so many dishes. I love artichokes too I like to get the plain canned ones here to add to salads or soups or recipes.
