changing macro ratios

Is there any way to change the default macro ratios (CHO, Pro, Fats) set by MFP? I was able to put my own % when I joined earlier this month, but somehow it's not an option in the settings. Thanks

Go to your home, then goals, then custom change. Hope this helps.
