Help! Need muscles!

Hi! I seem to be stuck on a plateau muscle definition-wise. Since I'm only a few pounds away from goal, the weight is coming off slowly, but it is happening. So I'm not too bothered about my weight loss at this point. I quit my gym recently because they wanted me to renew for a whole year and I might be moving soon and don't see the point of paying too much just to be able to retain membership on a month-to-month basis.

Since I now workout at home, I've tried Turbofire, Ripped in 30, 30 Day Shred, zumba with youtube videos etc. and I don't see too many changes at all definition-wise. I'm starting to find these programs easy-ish now. I'm still (for lack of a better word) jiggly. Since I don't really understand how long to workout and what exercises to do in what order, I've been looking mostly at body weight exercise videos on youtube. I have access to free weights (dumbbells), a treadmill, an elliptical, a machine you can do chest presses and front lat pulldowns in my apartment building. Can anyone recommend what exercises to do to gain muscular definition all over with the limited resources I've mentioned? As in a list of exercises to be done xyz times a week and xyz reps? Or if you could direct me to a video so I could work out with it? I want to not jiggle anymore! Thank you!

Since I *just* linked this, I have it handy.

The reason you aren't seeing muscles is because all the programs you listed are, in my opinion and that of many others, cardio programs. the resistance element is VERY small in most of them.

You need a strength training program.

Thanks! I've read this post before, but unfortunately I don't have access to the gym right now to be able to use any kind of weights except dumbbells. I completely agree with you about the less resistance bit in the videos. I use 8-10 kg dumbbells instead of the little ones shown in the videos. So my arms look good, but the rest of my body doesn't. I only do them because I find doing cardio on a machine boring and these videos have some amount of cardio and some strength...
I know I need a strength training program, but I need to know specifically what exercises I can do at home or with the limited equipment in my building gym. When I search on the internet for a program, a million of them come up but I don't have the equipment needed and I can't decide what to do because of the sheer number of options.
