Results: After (half) the shred

Hi. I am a failure. Lol. I did like twelve days out of thirty. Never made it to level 3.
But here are my stats.
The measurements were taken around march 3rd and the new ones this morning.
Height: 5ft 8
Weight: 140 ......... 136
Upper left arm: 10.5......... no real change, possibly a small gain?
Upper right arm: 11......... same as above
Chest: 37 ......... 34
Waist: 27.5 ......... 26
Hips: 36 ......... 35
Left thigh: 21.5 ......... 19.5
Right thigh: 22 ......... 20
Percentage body fat: 21.06 (((Haven't worked out new % yet)))
Lean body mass: 110.51
Fat Mass: 29.49
'So WOW! I'm amazed. Seeing the difference on the tape measure is crazy !!! I'm so glad I measured now.
That's going to be my top tip from now on.
Measure, measure, measure.
I only lost 4lbs but loads of inches.

Well I'm going to start ripped in 30 on April 1st.
I think I will still do shred when I get bored or demotivated as I have seen great results. I like to do different things and get easily bored of routine so who knows ?0
