My BMF Link has stopped beeping

I got my device in December 2012 and it has been working great until recently it stopped beeping when I take it off and put it on. Has anyone else had that issue? When I connect it to my computer, it downloads information so it seems to be working but not sure if it is accurate. I sent an email to the company but not sure how long it will take them to respond. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

    Mine still beeps, but there are times I wonder if it did or not. I just assumed I missed the beeping. Now I wonder if it beeps every time or not.

    I had the same problem, they replaced the device. I imagine that during regular business hours they will get back to you. Good luck!

    Yeah, after several emails back and forth and rebooting, they are going to replace my device too. They said that there is something in there that has come loose and it is a defect in the unit. At least they are going to replace it so customer service has been great so far.
